For example, Roger handled all legal issues for a regional credit union&#8217;s multiple branch expansion during a time of rapid growth. Roger previously served as Vice President\/General Counsel for one of his clients and managed that company&#8217;s multi-million dollar portfolio during his tenure. That experience also included international business matters involving the company&#8217;s South Korean affiliates. Roger has additional experience involving commercial leasing, landlord\/tenant issues and foreclosures.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nRoger also has unique expertise in handling structured settlement transfers in Washington, Oregon, and Idaho.
