Arthur T. Zhang is the CEO and Founder of Shenzhen Qianhai Broadway Asset Management Company. He has 23 years of banking and investment experience. Mr. Zhang was the VP Director of Finance at Federal Home Loan Bank, Seattle. He has served as the Chairman of Investment Committee, Vice Chair of ALCO Committee along with other 9 high level management committees. His responsibility include bond issuance on Wall Street, trading and investment, options trading, risk control and hedging, and financial planning. He also held high level management positions at AgriBank and Bank of America.
Mr. Zhang holds an MS from North Carolina State University and Doctoral Courses from Columbia University. He is currently an expert speaker on Shenzhen TV Finance and Economics Program.
