Ron Cai has more than 25 years of legal experience assisting clients in U.S.-China business projects. He handles international mergers & acquisitions, general business and corporate law for multinational companies in China, international business transactions, dispute resolution. Ron is familiar with a wide range of industries, including cloud computing, e-commerce, digital media, health care, hi-tech, and renewable energy. He also represents Chinese companies in their business transactions and litigation in the U.S. Ron speaks and writes frequently on U.S.-Chinese business issues.
Dan Mo is currently the leader of T-Mobile’s Machine to Machine Communication Programs, also known as Internet of Things (IOT). He is also the Director of Mobile Entertainment Forum. He has 24 year experience in the wireless and software industries. Previously, he managed multiple Mobile Internet services at AT&T Wireless and helped build 3 software startup companies, two of which were successfully acquired by larger companies. He holds an MBA and M.Sc. in Computer Science with specialization in Artificial Intelligence.
DR. PEI ZHENG
Dr. Pei Zheng has over 15 years of experience in mobile R&D management for device commercialization as well as advanced technology development of connected car, smart home, and wearable with US carriers and technology partners. He is now with Samsung and also works as an independent consultant for mobile technologies.
Dr. Zheng is the author of two highly reviewed books, ‘Smart Phone and Next Generation Mobile Computing’ by Morgan Kaufmann, and ‘Professional Smartphone Programming’ by Wiley/Wrox, and numerous cited publications on IEEE journals and conferences. He received a PhD in Computer Science from Michigan State University in 2003.
