Dennis Su was born and raised in Hong Kong. He is now married with two grown daughters. He attended Oklahoma State University and received a Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering. Mr. Su has worked for several local architecture practices in Seattle, including Leo A. Daly & Associates, Harvey R. Dodd & Associates, KCM Inc. as well as KCM International in Seoul, Korea. Since 1995, he has been working in his own practice.

Mr. Su was involved in architectural projects for military facilities for US Army, US Air Force and US Navy in the Pacific Northwest and Korea as well as numerous commercial, industrial buildings, apartments, condominiums and townhouses. He has built and remodeled over 20 Chinese restaurants. He participated in the opening Phase of a 40 Acres Chinese Theme Park in Houston, Texas. He has also received American Institute of Architects, Seattle Chapter Home of the Month Awards in 1972, 1977, and 1979. Mr. Su has also done consultation work and pro bono design for various community organizations such as Seattle Chinese Garden Society, Kin On Community Health Care Center, Chinese Baptist Church, Chinese Information and Service Center, and Chinatown/ID Street Beautification Project.
